Two performances scheduled Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 inside Lucas Oil Stadium

Monster Jam is returning to Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indianapolis for a two-day run on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026, and Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026. The event is scheduled to feature recognizable Monster Jam trucks including Grave Digger and El Toro Loco, with competition formatted around multiple disciplines that contribute to an event championship.

Saturday’s main event is set for 5 p.m., with stadium doors scheduled to open at 3:30 p.m. A separate pre-show fan-access session is scheduled earlier in the day. Sunday’s program is set for 3 p.m., with doors scheduled to open at 1:30 p.m., followed by pre-show programming shortly before the start time.

What happens during a Monster Jam stadium event

Monster Jam stadium weekends are typically built around three main competitive segments: racing, a skills-style challenge, and freestyle. Racing is bracket-based head-to-head competition on a short course. The skills segment focuses on controlled stunts and technical maneuvers. Freestyle features longer runs where drivers combine jumps, wheelies and other tricks; audience scoring is commonly used as part of the judging framework in the stadium format.

Trucks and drivers listed for each stop are subject to change, reflecting the sport’s travel schedule and mechanical realities of touring equipment.

Indianapolis lineup highlights and named competitors

Event materials for Indianapolis list Grave Digger (driven by Adam Anderson) and El Toro Loco (driven by Joe Foley) among the featured entries for the Lucas Oil Stadium stop. Additional trucks listed for the weekend include Megalodon, Lucas Stabilizer, JCB DIGatron, Classroom Crusher, Avenger, Mayhem, ThunderROARus, Jester, Excaliber and Sparkle Smash.

Monster Jam’s touring format means the same weekend can include trucks that compete for points across multiple markets, making Indianapolis part of a broader season calendar rather than a standalone exhibition.

Pit Party access and event-day logistics

A paid Pit Party session is scheduled on both days, giving fans the option to get close to the trucks and meet drivers and crews. Saturday’s Pit Party is scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday’s Pit Party is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Admission rules for the Pit Party require a ticket for the main event that follows.

  • Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026: Pit Party 12:30–3:30 p.m.; doors 3:30 p.m.; start 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026: Pit Party 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.; doors 1:30 p.m.; start 3 p.m.

All times are listed in local time. Attendees should plan for standard stadium event policies, including entry and bag rules, and should confirm parking and arrival timing based on downtown traffic patterns and other scheduled events in the area.
