Two people were wounded in shootings at an apartment complex on Indianapolis’ northeast side, in an incident reported early Sunday morning in the 7700 block of Carlton Arms Drive. Officers responding to reports of shots fired located two victims with gunshot wounds at the Lake Castleton Apartments complex, police said.
